Copywriting a photojournalism exhibition, zine and full comms for This Day’s event at The Labour Conference 2025
Charity This Day hosted an event at the 2025 Labour Conference, showcasing the work of four Labour-aligned organisations and two refugee-led catering companies. The event centred around a photography exhibition, accompanied by journalistic copy outlining the work of each organisation.
My work involved conducting interviews with leaders and staff from each organisation, as well as volunteers and refugee collaborators for each catering company. I leveraged these powerful interviews to write full exhibition content in a journalistic style; including all displays and signage. This project also involved writing a zine for attendees to take away and all email and website comms.
Work was commissioned by the event's producer Jodie Mosaid.
