I developed and executed an 8-week social media launch strategy for Greene King's first Farmhouse Kitchen restaurant, building their Instagram presence from the ground up and rebranding their established Facebook community. The campaign balanced reassuring existing customers about enhanced offerings, while attracting new audiences through fresh content showcasing the expanded cafe and dining options. I managed everything from social-first content shoots and on-site capture during dry run evenings, to crafting copy that wove in the brand's new messaging. The pre-launch phase generated sign-ups for exclusive preview evenings, while the post-opening content drove footfall and built brand awareness across both platforms, successfully establishing Farmhouse Kitchen's social presence in a competitive market.
